Terms of use
1. Who can use Jumplin
Anyone can play on one device. Online accounts are for grown-ups (18+). A grown-up who adds kid profiles is responsible for how those kids use Jumplin and agrees to supervise them, including during any video chat.
2. Move safely
Jumplin asks players to jump, dance and move. Clear the space, wear sensible shoes, take breaks and skip any move that doesn’t feel right. Grown-ups should watch younger kids. You play at your own risk.
3. Be kind
No bullying, rude nicknames, cheating tools, or trying to break, overload or get around Jumplin’s limits and checks. Don’t share room links or family codes with strangers. We may close rooms or accounts that break these rules.
4. Your account
Use an email address you can open: we use it only to confirm it’s you and to send password-reset links. Keep your password and recovery code private. Only grown-ups can make TV or watcher links for a room. You can delete your account at any time in Family settings, or ask us at privacy@jumplin.com. We may switch off or delete accounts that break these rules.
5. Free, as-is
Jumplin is free, has no ads and is provided “as is”, without warranties. Features, coins and outfits can change. Coins have no money value. See the Privacy notes for what we store.
